| St. Petersburg City Theatre announces auditions for Summer Shorts, its first annual salute to playwrights and the creative art of one-act play composition. |

St. Petersburg City Theatre, Florida's oldest, continuously operating community theatre, will hold auditions for Summer Shorts on Monday, June 30 and Tuesday, July 1 at 7pm. There are a wide range of parts available and all ages are welcome and encouraged to audition. Auditions will take place at the theatre at 4025 31st Street South, St. Petersburg, FL 332712.
Summer Shorts will feature a variety of one-acts showcasing local and national playwrights. Rehearsal schedules will vary. Performances will take place August 15 through 17.
Ticket pricing: Adults - $15; Students - $10; Children under 12 - one free with each adult. All proceeds will benefit St Pete City Theatre programs.
