Real estate guru turned wealth coach Jaden Sterling has gifted the American Stage Theatre Company $50,000 toward its new building development fund.

This gift kicks off Sterling's "Give More Campaign" which encourages others in the community to also donate money.

"Now is the time to reach deep within ourselves and in our pockets to help our local communities grow and prosper," said Sterling.

In return for his donation, Sterling will receive naming rights to American Stage's concession stand in the new Raymond James Theatre, and American Stage has agreed to exclusively sell Ethos water. Ethos donates five cents for each bottle sold to help deliver clean water to children around the world, with a goal of donating ten million dollars by the year 2010.
"American Stage is delighted to welcome Jaden (Sterling) into our family," said Todd Olson, producing artistic director. "We are also excited to be helping the world become more ‘green' by solely distributing Ethos water at our concession stands."

American Stage is a not-for-profit professional theatre founded in 1977. The company's mission is to create the most satisfying live theatre in the Tampa Bay area, accessible to all members of the community. Their vision is to preserve the greatest human stories from our past, while creating the most defining stories and storytelling of our time. American Stage will move into the brand new state of the art 188 seat Raymond James Theatre in June. The very popular American Stage in the Park celebrates its 24th season. The theatre's other programming includes: School Tour, classes and summer camp for children. The Hough Family Foundation is the Season Sponsors, Raymond James is the Mainstage Sponsor and WUSF 89.7 is the Radio Sponsor of American Stage.
